Oculus Algorithms is a technology and software provider offering quantitative architectural environments and design tools to traders and institutions. We do not operate as financial advisors, investment managers, or stockbrokers. The use of our software, AI generators, and educational content is not intended as, nor should it be interpreted as, personalized financial or investment advice.

The performance results presented on our platforms, during algorithm backtesting or generation, may reflect exceptional outcomes achieved by certain logic conditions and are not indicative of typical or future results. These outcomes are influenced by numerous variables including, but not limited to, market volatility, execution speed, slippage, and integration limitations. As such, Oculus Algorithms does not guarantee any level of success, profitability, or growth resulting from the use of its architectural tools.

Oculus Algorithms does not track or manage individual brokerage accounts or execute trades directly. Our software allows users to design non-discretionary logic that can be deployed elsewhere. All trading decisions and actions taken in any brokerage account or via third-party deployment platforms (such as SignalSynk or Atlas Trade AI) remain solely the responsibility of the user. Users agree to hold Oculus Algorithms, its principals, and employees harmless for any trading losses or loss of capital.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. BECAUSE THERE ARE NO ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS TO COMPARE TO THE HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS SHOWN IN THE BUILDER, CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE PARTICULARLY WARY OF PLACING UNDUE RELIANCE ON THESE HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS.
